I WANT MY REFUND AND FIX MY ACCOUNT

IN JANUARY 2012 I CALLED MULTICHOICE OFFICES TO SUSPEND MY SERVICES AS WE WERE MOVING, OUR NEW HOUSE WAS NOT FINISHED . I EVEN ASKED THE GUY IF I COULD SEND AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM THIS AND I DID LIKEWISE. I WAS USING MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER'S EMAIL AND CAN'T RETRIEVE IT NOW. I WAS TRAVELLING OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY ON BUSINESS. THIS YEAR I CALLED TO RECONNECT MY SERVICES AND I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE I OWE MULTICHOICE R1799.00 FOR UNPAID SERVICES. DESPITE SPENDING TWO HOURS WITH LEBOHANG AND KAONE TRYING TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION AND WANTING TO ALSO KNOW WHEN DID I ENTER ANY CREDIT AGREEMENT WITH MULTICHOICE BEFORE, BUT THEY COULD NOT ANSWER BESIDES SAYING IT'S MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND MY SERVICES. ACCORDING TO MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES, THEY USED TO CUT MY SERVICES AS SOON AS THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE PAYMENT. HOW DID THEY BECOME A LAW UNTO THEMSELVES "ARE THEY A CREDIT LENDER? " I AM ALSO TOLD THAT THEY DECIDE WHEN TO CUT THEIR SERVICES "WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT TO DEBIT ORDER CUSTOMERS" ISN'T THAT BEING IRRESPONSIBLE UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT? I WANT MY REFUND FOR THE 2MONTHS DEBIT THAT THEY DEBITED, WRITTEN APOLOGY AND REMOVE R1799 OFF MY NAME REFLECTING AS A BAD PAYER!
