On Saturday the 29th 2013 I went to Maponya Mall to watch Temptations with my wife, We went to go watch the 15:00 Movie, we got there at 14:45 and purchased 2 movie tickets via the kiosk then waited on a long queue for popcorn's for at-least 25min, which is understandable because the queues were just too long, the bad part was when we went in to the cinema to find out that there was no space it was so full people were even sitting on the stairway, it didn't make sense because I believe the system could have not sold the tickets to us provided there was no space, we tried getting space and realized that it was just to full and taking to consideration that people were sitting on the stairway with more people coming in to find more space, we went and told the ticket attendant whom we gave our tickets to, she said she would get a lady to assist us, the lady offered to give us plastic chairs, this was really so uncalled for who pays for a fully booked movie theater and offered a plastic sit because it is full. My complain here is that it means someone in the steelworker staff doesn't do their job, either someone takes cash illegally and allow people in hence the cinema was so full.
