Where do i start?

My husband called yesterday to activate the new pvr then he was told to do few things which never helped at all. Mind you he was using his cell phone.

I called back frustrated after loading my cell again then told this lady that i don't have enough airtime and requested her to communicate with me via email as the enquiry email takes some few minutes before it gets to be responded and i needed immediate help.
I spoke to this lady for some time then advised my her my airtime is finished, gave her my email and not even thinking that she will respond as i know that multichoice service.
Wow to my surprise i received her mail and she assisted me all the way.

To cut the story short, she is awesome, gives good service, going extra mile, patient and she can really calm you down. THUMBS UP TO HER...
