After 3 trips to the Customer Service Center I now return home with yet another HD PVR that Doesn't Work!!!
Whats the use of having insurance for instances like this when all you getting is a useless refurbished piece of that doesn't work. REALLY MULTICHOICE IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR SO CALLED PREMIUM SUBSCRIBERS??
I tried calling your Call Center to report the problem and when I asked to be transferred to a team leader or Manager the Agent Zanele drops the call in my ear!! Again a so called PREMIUM SUBSCRIBER getting the worst possible service!
UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!
