Call in for assistance while the decoder has lost signal and the consultants cannot provide proper assistance. After I informed the lady that the cause is purely loss of signal she tells me that my decoder is faulty and I need to take it to a multi-choice outlet to have it sorted out. If there is a loss of signal surely there should be something that multi-choice could resolve on their side! Its so ridiculous that my viewing is cut-off but I'm still paying the full subscription. Yet if I were to pay a day late the subscription is disconnected and I have to pay an extra fee. So is it okay for me to lose out on my money whilst multi-choice still gains? The system of assistance at the call centre! I get no help everytime I call
