I have contacted them several times, after providing also faxing through proof of payment, everytime they do not have an answer for me regarding linking up my payment with my account stating that i am in arrears which was not the issue, I have phoned them again and said that i will not pay again unless they fix the problem on there side. How can I keep on paying and they dont know how to link up there accounts on there side. Either they have unprofessional employees and I mean they have switched on the DSTV for 1 day and then expect me to pay for the whole month. January not on at all, so why must I pay for the months of no service at all?? According to me I owe them just payment for November only for services rendered no service was after that so why must we pay for nothing. And then also everytime I receive a message on the machine with differant amounts so how does that happen. I am willing to take them to court for destnation of caracter. I have phone records to prove as well as plenty e-mails. And according to them conversations are also recorded.
