SUSPENDED AFTER PAYMENTS MADE

I don't know who to email or phone anymore. I have made a payment on 28 November for R100 - this is my service for my domestic - I have the Easyview costing me R29 per month. I have been struggling sine November to keep her tv on. They keep on disconnecting my service, stating I have not made any payments. I have received a statement from them stating I am paid up till end January 2014 - but still they keep disconnecting the service.
I have been struggling with this since August this year. Multichoice owes me R100 for activation fees I was not responsible for - they said they paid it back but it still does not show on my account. I can't tell you how many calls and mails I have done the last few days. It is as they don't read the emails. I attach everything they need, and still they mail me asking for confirmation of payment. They just don't read the emails. Please help!!!
