We had a problem with our decoder and it's usually an absolute nightmare to take it in to be swopped. We postponed as long as we could as we just did not have the energy to deal with the (usual) inefficiency. First my husband got there (Garsfontein) and they have moved?! Then he got to the new premises, was nr 72 in the queue and was helped by Daniel, who assisted him quickly and efficiently (not a comeback as usual)?! What a nice change. Please CLING to him as staff like that are rare these days?!
