Good day
Last year I requested my package (premier) to change to a cheaper package (compact), which was done. I paid R365.00 for the past few months. I realise that the primary decoder change and not the secondary, . I though it will change in due time, which never did. My account was suspended I phone to reinstate the cover, but something change, I now have to pay over R950.00. That's not fair, I paid R385.00 for my secondary decoder, know I have to pay much more. I switch my primary decoder off, as wasn't able to pay R385.00, after I switch it off, everything change, my monthly premium as well.
