After having tried to make a booking online I was notified that the transaction was declined, then trying again to do the booking I was informed that my loyalty card had already been processed.

Poor service Nu Metro, not only is your cinemas falling apart and your online booking a mess, but now it seems your staff has gone home early...
Up your standards or get out of the industry and sell off to Sterkinekor who does alot better jo
