I called in Multychoice to query about my services been disconnected yet I already made full payment a week ago. A consultant named Daniel informs me that payment is not reflecting on the system. After I assured him that I already made payment I quoted the reference tracing number. He said he will reconnet my DSTV but I must pay the reconnection fee which I said I won't pay since I paid full amount. He muted me while I was still speaking. He then called upon his manager who started to shouting at me telling me he doesn't need payment reference tracing number because Multichoice does not consider it as proof of payment and anyway it, s not up to them to trace it. He then intransigently says to me I must send proof of payment to him and he arrogantly told me he is going to disconnect my services and nobody else will re-connect it but himself. He was rude, servive was totally dispicable. I was horrified at the way this so called manager Setudi Rapodile was speaking to me and kept screaming at me!
