Unacceptable service/Expensive exercise

I called Computicket to enquire about the eminem concert. I'm a Ster kinekor club member and wanted to access the promotion they were running. I called the call centre (Tuesday 4 February, 15h06) to find out why I was unable to access the promotion they were running. The lady I spoke kept me on hold for 15minutes (at which point I had to hang up as it was evident she was not going to resume the conversation). I'm extremely disappointed by her behaviour and the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Computicket. Not only was I not able to access the 'promotion' they were running, they made me waste my money on a 15minute fruitless cellphone call.
