I went to the Midrand branch in Carlswald decor centre, SINCE NOBODY TO CALL ME BACK AS PROMISED AFTER LAYING MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT ON Hellopeter. Took both my decoders. The extraview doesnt want to work after you guys gave me a new PVR. it was working fine on the old PVR. When extraview is connected, no signal can be traced in my room, yet when it is cancelled, there is signal. I want the agent that said i would be called back, to call me back as promised. I am paying for a service that i do not receive due to the poor service and quality of hardware.
