I play silversands reguraly. On the 5th of Feb I played Sea Captain. For two days I kept an eye on it and continued playing. The amount started on R63582 or something like that when I started.
Then it got to R71108 and there were fireworks. My screen went blank and then an amount of R5008 appeard in the jackpot slot. But my jackpot was not in my account. I enquired with the online support and they said my internet connection failed. Between my Wi-Fi and 3G that's connected, it's very unlikely that this would happen. I equired with the online team and Operator just said they can't find the transaction. How do I prove i won?
If I won fair and square, why keep my money from me. Then I attempted to talk to Operator 1 but it only stated that my session ended with them.
It's unfair that they keep your winnings but very quickly take your money when you deposit!!!
So what happens to the R71108???
