We had a HDPVR installed at our home, and moved the existing PVR to the bedroom for Extra View.
I have been struggling since Thursday to get the ExtraView enabled, despite numerous calls (and resetting, restarting, removing of cables and smartcards) to the call centre we are no nearer to a solution. The call centre agents have also been unable to help.
On Saturday a call centre agent informed me that the persisting E101-4 error would be resolved within a couple of hours, but still nothing has come of it.
