The multichoice call centre is useless. It takes forever to get through, the staff do not have knowledge and then they do not keep to promises. Last week I phoned the CC due to technical errors, after being "assisted" for 5 minutes - holding time included = 12 min, I was told this is an extraview problem and she must transfer me. I told her in the beginning it was extra view. It was 18h00 then so I believe her shift ended. She did not transfer me to an agent but rather to the survey. I gave you guys 1 for all the questions, but here is the problem, I requested someone to phone me back, left name and number. This was last week and still no call.
You guys @ service and I cannot wait for competition who can supply what you can because that will force you to give proper service.
