During the month of december i went into the multi choice branch in rustenburg to change my compact option to full viewing until the 10 january 2014, on the 10/01/2014 i called the multi choice head office to cancell the option and put me back to compact, i spend R150 on airtym that day and finally spoke to one of the acting supervisor with regards to my account, i was told that my account is activate to compact and i would go back to paying my R280 per month, because when i activated the full open channels i paid on the day it was activated, why is it that i receive an sms to say that R449 rand is outstanding on my account instead of my normal compact fee, i really regret even changing to full viewing because all its did is put my account in a mess which is costing me more money just by calling your headoffice all the time to correct, please advise this is very irrateting
