Stop doing what pleases you and listen2ur clients

Once again I made arrangements for you to cancel the debit order for my loan as I will be making manual payments but for some strange reason you still feel the need to Debit my account when I told you there will be no funds available. I am currently unemployed and can't afford to pay the bank charges caused by the stupidity and incompetence of your staff. Someone please make sure that you pay for the fees on my bank account and ONCE AGAIN CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER. The fact that I owe you does not mean you can do whatever the you please on my account!!!
