Where do I begin? In December we had to change our decoder and got a (new) refurbished decoder, after only one month that one broke, my wife once again laid a complaint on Facebook and the post was deleted off your page without complete resolution, we still can't view channels mnet, 113, 120-124.
We collectively spent more than 3 hours on the phone every time speaking to what sounds like a person I rudely interrupted while taking a nap.
