I just called the call centre and the lady was quite rude and hung the phone up on me. I tried to book tickets online and your site kept on timing out. I then called the call centre and came through to Linda who was not interested in me or my call. She kept on getting it wrong and then decided to hang up. Very frustrating and annoying. Can you please address this as I am sure that this is not the level of service that you want to give and quite frankly as a customer I expect more.
The call time was 13:50 please listen to the call and let me know if that is acceptable. I work for a call centre and know you can retrieve the call
