Bought tickets to the Bon Jovi concert!
Wanted to ensure that we have an Awesome time so I called the call centre to establish what time the concert starts and where to purchase parking tickets.
Called the call centre on 11 May at 10:45am and enquired when the first act starts.
The very helpfull call centre agent confirmed twice that the first act starts at 8pm.
Planned my day to ensure that we are there by 8pm.
After sitting in traffic around the stadium for 1 hour, only to be notified that the parking ticket that I bought from computicket is useless as the parking was full, 3 hours before I came there!
So, my concern is:
Does your very own call centre agents not know any details of the very concert that they are selling tickets for? Thanks to your call centre agent, we missed all of the opening acts and just made it in time for Bon Jovi and second, why sell parking tickets if there is not even enough parking space for ticket holders. I had to park in some dodgy area, almost a km from the stadium!
