Why am is my service disconnected on the 28th of every month? is it because i did not agree to a debit order?
I only get payed on the last day of the month and before that, you guys decide to chop my service every 28th of the month. why why why why. I will not pay R50.00 disconnection fee every month.
After numerous attempt to have this query resorted, am told by one of your agent that the billing cycle dstv is the 28th and anyone who did not pay gets cut-off, regardless of their pay date, i found this statement to be distasteful and discriminating.
Not everyone get payed on the 25th of the month and therefore that stupid policy in contravention of the consumer rights.
