For roughly a week now, the movie channels in my complex have not been working! I am absolutley disgusted at the "service" offered by Mulitchoice. They are apparently supposed to change settings in our complex before we can view the movie channels. I do not understand how it is fair that I pay the full monthly subscription of a premium account when the movie channels are not working, but Multichoice is very quick to cut the DSTV if the subscription fee is late. I have a debit order set up so Multichoice never waits for my payment, but I should just accept not having the service for which I am paying an astronomical amount each month. I am absolutely disgusted.
