Organizational Chaos and Passing the Buck

W/ much excitement we arrived @ Red Hot Chili eppers 2and half hours before the main act. We stood in line 4 security, we stood in line @ the entrance, our self print tickets did not scan. We were sent 2 the other side of the stadium & stood in like for a computicket official, They stamped our tickets & could not really tell us what to do next. With some help they finally sent us to another line to stand in line 4 entrance. At the front of that line were told that we could not use that line and were sent to another line - which finally got us in. Then we needed armbands, we were told 2 look for people wearing red and yellow - there were no people in red and Yellow - we were supposed to be in a line at entrance V. We got to entrance V there were more than 1000 people in the line - they ran out of armbands. It took 2 hours 15 minutes from arrival to get onto the field - we missed Die Antwoord.
Big Concerts tweeted me to contact their Customer Care so I wrote a lengthy mail to customer service --- and what did they do -- their response was "Contact Stadium Management" -- PASSING THE BUCK
I asked who are Stadium Management, Where? How? Why? Big Concerts have ignored my mail - PA
