It is now 5 days and I don't have SABC 1/2/3 and ETV on my tv guide.
On my last hello peter complaint, call centre personnel called me and told me to reset the decoder. The decoder has been rest several times and still no SABC 1/2/3 and ETV for my family.
I'm paying for a service that is in breach with the BCCSA terms and regulations.
I have become tired of complaining of the poor service level of STAR SAT.
What is being done? Preventative and corrective actions to have problems like these rectified. Starsat kindly attend to my request ASAP as its becoming frustrating trying to call the call centre and no one answers.
