Very disappointed with starsat customer service at the call centre. I have called numerous times with regards to channels missing and my decoder being on no signal most times. When I have called to find out what is happening the consultant says " I really do not know what's the problem" really how is it possible that they don't know anything. I have wasted too much airtime calling starsat they never quick on calls. Very disappointed to have paid for a service that I cannot enjoy.
