Poor service and dirty Theatre

We went to see Bakgat 3 at East Rand mall Saturday night 21 Sept 2013. I wanted to use the self-help service to book the tickets, but it wouldn't accept one of our Vitality cards, therefore I went to the line at the normal desk. When I got to the front after standing in the line for 15 min, she said they do not accept cards, cash only. Why is there no sign to that displays this? I managed to book seats at the self-help desk. We tried to buy popcorn there after - there was only 1 person assisting the whole crowd. It took forever. The movie started and we had to leave. When we came to the cinema it wasn't cleaned at all. Popcorn and trash were all over the place. It was a disgrace. I will never go back to Ster Kinekor East Rand Mall. I've had a couple of bad experiences with Ster Kinkor before, but this takes the prize.
