I have called Multichoice 3consecutive months trying to sort out the smae issue which the sort out temporarily and the next month it happens again. I once paid R500 cash on the 01/02/2013 at Shoprite in Carltonville to cover payment of 2months and they mistakenly credited into someone else's account however they managed to trace the amount and they gave me all the ref numbers, i called multichoice with all the details and information and they sorted out the issue then it was in May 2013 if not mistaken, then the services were reconnected, this month they switched off my services after paying them R275 on the 28/07/2013 telling me i am owing R605 when i ask them what is the amount for they are telling me is for disconnection, and i have spoken to 5agents so far the past few when this issue re-occured and i have requested that they send me the recordings as i was asssred by one of the agents last month that i was in advance on my account and all i needed to pay was R205 not R250, i even said to the agent i wll pay R250 just incase since i have been encountering problems with Multichoice-DSTV.i was promised that a suopervisor will call me till today.please sort this out for me.
