24/7 service but only help available from 7 - 11??

I am not even sure why I am wasting my time to blog this as Multichoice does not care one bit!! I get an error code E30-4 and call the call centre as the message indicated that this action will resolve all my problems. Yea right!! Calling them did not resolve a thing as the people at multichoice does not care about anything but money from the people!! sounds just like a government I know!! I am sick and tired of the institutions in this country us blind and then hide behind some BS!! There is not one competent person that is working in multichoice as they employ people that only work for money and does not care about customer satisfaction!! Guess this is a mentality that is implanted from management and executives downwards!!! - Now the problem - Error E30-4 - my signal strength is 98 and does not fluctuate!!! - no help available from my service provider as they are a monopoly and like all monopolies they are milking the cow dry!!! I am so sick of being the victim in this country!!! If DSTV did not hold us by the b4lls when it comes to super sport then I would have cancelled today!! This is what it feels like to be held hostage by a provider that does not provide!!
