I want to thank Eugene Boniface for responding immediately after my complain. He is very professional but also has lovely manners. We did go back to Gold Reef City. I think my daughter who is 8 years old described it best. She will give up all her birthdays (gifts) if only she can go once a year with a friend to Gold Reef City (my 4 year old also had a great time). I do believe that is the biggest compliment a child can give one. We really had the best time. Thank you Eugene for explaining about the world safety regulations, and really being a great representative/manager/person.
