I have a complaint about your Cinema at Westgate Mall, tonight I went to watch Grown ups 2 cinema 6 the show was for 20h30, so the movies starts at 9pm, to my dismay at 22h00 everything went dark with only two people in the cinema, when I went to enquire the front line staff started looking for Gift wanting to know why movie was switched off without checking if people were still inside the cinema, when he finally came 10 minutes later, he arrogantly ordered us to basically go back to the cinema as the movie was switched back on and he blamed it on a technical glitch, at this point I was no longer interested in the movie and I asked for courtesy tickets and he flatly refused with his horrible machismo attitude. According to the CPA I as the consumer have rights and if unsatisfied with a service I have a right to complain and be heard. Please teach Gift Setlhako how to deal with people and admit that mistake was made and apologise not make excuses and treat people as if they are, I am not impressed at all, I want those tickets.
