SUSPENDED AGAIN ERROR

For the fourth time in two months my account has been incorrectly suspended.
Multichoice DONT have a toll free line, so at my cost I must deal with their error.
I pay my account every month by debit order but their system seems to not take this into account. Why, they take my money but deliver nothing?
