I upgraded fron compact to premium, just for the weekend, 3 days, and to my knowledge, each day that I'm on the premium package, I get charged about R21, I called in on Tuesday at, 14h45 and spoke Kguagelo if I'm not mistaken, thereason I called was to downgrade back to compact, You guys have just debited R669 from my account instead of R310, the consultant confirmed with me that I was going 2 be paying R310.I am very anooyed as this is an inconvenience and not the kind of service I expect from Multichoice!!
