Hi,

I recently visited sun city for the NYE party and unfortunately lost my cell phone. I was extremely upset and appalled with the way i was treated.

A kind security men offered to take me in to see if I could find it based on where I was hanging out the night before, but we were stopped by Peter. I was not a resident and I made that clear to. Peter had a lot on his plate and many people were lining up as it was New Years. He assumed I was trying to get in for free which was absolutely not the case. The Valley of the waves was too full on New Years and I had no intention of entering. I was there with 3 others and the security man said only I could look for my phone. Yet the way Peter dealt with the matter was disgusting. he firstly never let me go look for my phone because he said I would not find it, then he said I must wait at the back of the line to make the claim and then he proceeded to say that I can make a claim but walk all the way around the casino to go the security which was right under the bridge. he made me feel like I had done something wrong for losing my phone and treated me with utter disrespect.
I demand nothing but an apology from Peter!
