ADT responded to my Hello Peter post - 29 January 2013 about Debit orders going off my account and me being unable to stop the contract with them ADT responded to me and I was very relieved and even tricked into believing there promises pls see below.
"Dear Michelle
As per below you will see that we have received your hello peter complaint. I have tried to call you to discuss the situation with you. I have spoken to my management and we will be able to process a refund for you. I have not worked out the total value yet, however as soon as I have done that I will confirm with you.
Please feel free to contact me on the direct line number below."
I did speak to the lady and a ~1 years refund was promised. Even though my contract ended in July 2010. Today it has been three months, numerous phone calls, and e-mails later, with promises that the refund will be paid... always next week... BUT I have not seen a sent... At least they stopped debiting me...
