I have had my pvr for sometime now, and it has recently stopped recording movies, i.e., it shows that it is recording but when I go back to view the recorded item it is not recorded. I called the DSTV call centre, as I always do when I have a problem I can't fix, and this time they tell me that I need to give them a call back in the evening when at home. Now, I must pay them R715.00 per month for something that is not working and they still expect me to give them a call for them to assist me? I don't know of any company that does that, but then dstv is not any other company now is it? They will rather milk me for every cent, so dstv note that I will not be calling you in the evening, and if you choose to not call me back to fix my problem, which only you would know the casue of, then prepare to lose another customer.
