Call me to fix my PVR to record

I have had my PVR for sometime now, and recently, everytime I record an item, when going back to view item it is not recorded. I called the call centre, as I always do if I cannot solve a dstv problem, and they tell me I will need to call them in the evening when at home. I tell the inept agent that I will not waste my airtime speaking to someone who is inept, and rather get someone to call me, and she says that will not happen. I pay them R715.00 per month for something that does nto work, and I am told I must waste my airtime in order for them to help me and they will not call me? so, multichoice, you will call me this evening to check why my PVR is no longer recording, or consider yourselves one customer less...
