Always unsatisfactory service

Good day and complements of the new season. Last night I tried reconnecting my services with multichoice after effecting a payment into their account. i called the jhb call centre number where i had to stay on hold for over 25 minutes (this happens all the time, and their consultants excuse is that they have a lot of calls they deal with: but shouldn't the company hire more staff to better leverage the service?), ultimately the lady that attended to my call wasn't experienced enough to reconnect me correctly as she has told me that my decoder had to be taken for repairs seeing that i couldn't access the services after she has reconnected me, this cant be allowed as if i didn't know any better i would have taken her word for it and exhausted my resources in disconnecting the devise and driving to their nearest outlet where I'm definitely sure that i was gonna have to pay for the exercise, let alone the time spent in driving to them. I mean we pay a lot of money to access their service, as a result they need to keep their end of the bargain in making certain that we get afforded a world art service seeing that they surely can afford it. I'm really disgruntle with this company servic.
