Me and my wife went to go and watch a movie (The Internship) at Ster Kinekor Cape gate when whe came by the ticket counter i ask the guy how late does the movie starts because its not on the board the shows the time he tells me 18:45 ok i pay for the movies me and my wife went to go buy popcorn and cooldrink because it was almost time for the movie to start so whe came by the pop corn counter whe were the only people in the line the lady behind the counter walking up and down talking to other staff and ignoring us already made me very upset after 20 minutes of waiting for her someone else came to help us whe order our stuff pay for it and went to the line where the lady checks the tickets there she tells us whe are an hour to early sitting there for an hour the movie is almost staring by that time the popcorn where not nice anymore and the cooldrink tasted like water from all the ice. Will think twice next time to go to that Cinema very poor service.
