My account has been suspended 2 times in 1 month! After waiting half hour to get through to an agent, at my cost, i was rudely disconnected after stating my complaint. Since subscribing to DSTV, i have been a loyal and faithful client. After numerous telephone calls, it emerged that i owed R9000 in subscription fees as i had 6 decoders to my name. I have only 2 decoders on my property. This query was forwarded to the dept who promised that this matter would be resolved asap. On Monday, I drove to Multichoice in Umhlanga, where i again queried the matter. A manager, Mr S Biyela, listened to my complaint, confirmed that the dept was investigating the matter, and promised that all will be resolved within 24 hours. Today the 9th of Jan 2014, MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED YET AGAIN! This has got to be one of the most frustrating service providers. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING TO CHANGE TO TOP TV, OR ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. DSTV, I AM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE!
