We went to Ster kinekor yesterday morning to watch the 11h30 show of Frozen. We were 2 adults and 5 children. The lines were very long and when we got to the counter we had to discover that there were no popcorn available. Needless to say, the kids were very disappointed and we got into the cinema late because of the long lines.
We sat in the 3rd row from the back in cinema 3 and there was a door that could not close properly. The faulty door was distracting me so much that i did not see much of the movie.
I approach a tall women about the situation who could only apologise but could not solve the problem.
This was my worse experience to Ster Kinekor and i am seriously looking at other cinemas where i can get my money's worth. Ster-Kinekor won't see me again!
