We were at the cinema yesterday morning to see the 11h30 movie Frozen. We were 2 adults and 5 children who sat in the 3rd row from the back of cinema 3. We first had to wait in a long line that moved very slowly and caused us to miss the beginning of the movie. When we got to the counter for popcorn we found that they were out of stock on the combos. They had no popcorn on the premises! Isnt that what a cinema is all about? Needless to say the kids were very disappointed.
During the movie also had to deal with a door that could not close properly. It was so anoying and did not enjoy the movie at all.
I approach a long tall lady who i think is part of management and she apologized prefusely.
I always used to visit the cinema but yesterday was the worse treatment i have ever received. I dont think that i will go to Sterkinekor soon untill they pull their act together. This is a time for the kids and i could not bear seeing them so disapointed!
