I cannot get through to the call centre, the response I get from the land-line and the cell. number is the same; " The number you have dialled is not available please try again later". The self-help page tells me, after I have logged in, " User waiting for verification ". So how does one contact Multichoice? Maybe the answer would be to change service provider.
