We were told what amount to pay to get reconnected

Good day,
I would like to report what poor service and attitude we received from multichoice in vryheid.
We uderstood that bebit orders didn't go off for two months, we went there to pay outstanding a, ount and to get refonnected, that's what happend after four months paying our installments instore we get an sms stating we owe smore money to multichoice (amounts that don't make sence at all) I then phoned durban multichoice and it wemt from dbn to vhd back and forth the lady at vhd branch then states she made an error she will pay the amount which also don't make any sence seeing that we have paid and have been connected for four months, today we are disconnected because now we are laible for the payment once again! My argument is what did we pay for? Dstv will not be connected if we didn't pay our outstanding amount which we did excatly as the lady had stated now what? We are disconnected! How does this work?
