I have been holding on with DSTV call center since yesterday for a total period now of 154 minutes with out speaking to any body just listening to music and the ironic part is it is because of a fault they made not resetting my decoder as was requested and then told it was done. Why does the riches pay TV channel in Africa not have a free 086 number for there customer care like most companies and why does it take 154 to speak to consultant?
