I received a message saying they where going to terminate my contract if I do not contact them (my contract was in arrears) I called and made the appropriate arrangements. A week later my service was disconnected I called again and was informed that the service will be re-connected within 7 working days. 7 days later I was still not connected, I called again this time to be informed that my contract was cancelled. I am now still waiting for the reinstatement of my contract and no one can tell me when or how long I still have to wait. I have asked several times that a manager call me back and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. every time I call the call centre agents give me a different story. This is pathetic service form 8ta.
