Installed DSTV in November 2013.Payments made as per required for service. Since then have received break in service or no service for days, have been billed for reconnection after each phonecall to their call centre although service was paid for upto date/in advance. Have spent hours on the phone at my exspence requesting reconnections. Have visited their branch in Newton Park twice and was assured that the problem was resolved, for the passed 3 days I have not received any service from them although my account is paid in advance and upto date for the service.
