I have just paid my monthly installment on my wife phone, as usual, 8 days later the phone useage has been suspended. I call up MTN and apparentlly my account isn't 'upto date'. I went to the Somerset branch and the guy behind the counter, said everything looks okay and he said service would be restored. I waited 24 hours and still nothing! Call MTN and they say they still awaiting payment. I'm really sick off this!! Last year I had to pay R2000 extra because they don't have records of my payments. maybe its time to hire a debtors clerk that knows a DR from a CR.
