Poor customer service

Checked in on the 2nd JAn 2014, same nite my daughter locks bathroom door by mistake, called reception 30 minutes later no 1 came, had to call them 3x b4 any1 can come, then eventually some guy comes, no greetings just instructions like a soldier then off he goes. 3rd day comes back to room linen dirty as ever, room not cleaned, calls manager, Obakeng doesn't bother 2 apologise, tells me he will send housekeeper.

The 5th went to the pool, ordered food, they got it wrong 5 times asked for a manager, Jack comes, no apology or anything, asks me what do I want them to do, WOW,!! takes my order away still it comes back wrong, he tells me they r closing & by 7pm every1 should b gone, checked time it was 6:15pm, & there's a board that says they close 8pm..
Today still here, goes to breakfast, no service,
Khutso girl with dreads, we waiting in q 4 juice & glasses, when it comes she tells JOyce to pour her a glass 1st as she has hangover, so we paying customers wait 4 her to drink 1st
Am still in sun city can't wait to go back home, service is as poor as 1*, will never come back here. Staff must be taught to respect at all times
