We have been with Top Tv/Starsat since 2012 and never really had any problems.
But now that Starsat took over everything has changed. When you try to phone the call centre, you hold on for ages, and when you finally speak to someone, they can't really assist.
The biggest problem I have is that they take away channels that was really popular, and since last week we have been waiting for them to come back, only to find out this morning that it won't be returning. TLC is a very popular channel, and the consultant told me the reason why it's gone, is because of conflict with other companies, which I think is nonsense. I would like Starsat to bring back TLC and I think many other clients would feel the same.
I also notices some other channels went missing, but was told it's because of technical problems. These technical problems would have been sorted during the weekend, but today is Monday, and still no process.
I think the service delivery of the company is really upsetting. I have been thinking of going over to DSTV, which at the moment sounds really GOOD...
